📦 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us! Please review our return policy below:


⏳ Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must include all tags, labels, and boxes (if applicable).

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns are only accepted for:

    • Defective or damaged items

    • Items significantly different from the description

Please review size charts carefully before placing your order, as we do not accept returns for incorrect sizing, color, or style preferences if the product matches the listing.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Personal care items

  • Items returned in used or damaged condition (not due to our error)


📬 How to Request a Return

If your item arrived defective or not as described, please:

  1. Contact our Support Team at support@llamalolakids.com

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo of the issue

    • A brief explanation of the problem

⚠️ Do not send your return to the address on the parcel. You will receive return instructions by email. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your return is approved, any refund will be issued minus the original shipping and return postage fees.

  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

  • Partial refunds may be granted if an item is not in original condition (at our discretion).


🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email support@llamalolakids.comand we’ll assist you.


🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the returned item value.

  • If the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to them.
