You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

📬 How to Request a Return

⚠️ Do not send your return to the address on the parcel. You will receive return instructions by email. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your return is approved, any refund will be issued minus the original shipping and return postage fees.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email. If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Partial refunds may be granted if an item is not in original condition (at our discretion).
🔄 Exchanges

🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase:
